The hostel was not as clean and comfortable as it appeared in the photos. The bedroom was dusty with a dirty floor. The location was a 30-40 minute walk away from the main attractions such as the night market and dragon bridge. It was immediately on the other side of a wire fence to a car wash which operated all night.

Firstly location was quite difficult to find on maps with our driver being confused and almost dropping at the wrong location. Following that check in and out had major difficulties as the desk had no change for deposit and property charges, which as a larger chain is a big oversight to not have any notes below a 500k stocked.
