The stuff was very helpful to carry my luggage since there is no elevator. If you have a heavy luggage it will be very hard you to carry through whole stairs . And after my leave I realized that I have redness on my face and arm because of bed bugs. When I searched the other comments here , there is someone else complaining about bed bugs . That is a terrible experience for me . I don’t recommend this place
