Rose House is more than just a place to sleep. It is a fantastic shared-living community. We offer 20 private, secure, and fully furnished bedrooms designed for comfort and focus. Guests enjoy access to outstanding communal facilities, including 3 spacious shared living rooms to relax and socialise, 3 fully equipped self-catering kitchens, and 10 shared modern shower/bathroom facilities.
⚠️ IMPORTANT RESIDENCE POLICIES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING):
• Male-Only Accommodation: Rose House is a strictly male-only residence. We cannot accept bookings from female guests.
• Halal-Only Environment: All shared kitchen facilities, dining areas, and appliances are strictly Halal-only. No pork, alcohol, or non-halal items are allowed to be cooked, stored, or consumed in any shared spaces.
We provide fresh bed linen on arrival. Please note that as a self-catering, hostel-style budget accommodation, guests should bring their own towels and toiletries. There is no daily room service or breakfast provided.

Rose House - Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-out before 11:00 AM
Payment: Online payment is required prior to arrival via a secure link sent to your email. As we operate a contactless self-check-in system with no front desk, cash or card payments cannot be accepted on-site.
Meals: Self-catering (breakfast not included).
