Apparently Hostelworld won’t let me give this place an overall rating of 1 star. It was the worst hostel experience I have ever had and I’ve stayed in 40+ hostels all around the world. It’s a dangerous area, not a normal hostel, it was a motel that mainly had long term residents staying in it. There were sketchy people hanging out in the courtyard at all hours of the night. Someone came in the room that wasn’t supposed to be staying there. The room stunk and it didn’t feel safe.

This is not really a hostel, this is a rundown building with social housing. You have a shared dorm, and can meet other travellers if you’re lucky. But there’s no social meetups, the pictures are misleading. It’s a shady area, police came at night, and there was a dude trynna push open every door. They make me move beds three times in three night, organisation is a mess. Skip this one

Wasn’t a typical hostel vibe. Hostel was part of an old motel that seemed to be turned into living complexes. Staff was decently friendly and very polite, there was an open area to play ping pong and pool which was sweet. Pub next door had great food.
