The room was clean and it’s obvious the property is brand new, however the room felt bare and unfinished. Staff do not speak English and seemed confused when I arrived and advised of my booking, it was as if they were unsure of the check in proces. The property says it has a 24h reception however when I needed to check out and get deposit back no one was there. I had to call the number and someone advised they would be there in 10 mins. This shows there is no security to the property either.

Booked this hostel on Hostelworld and when I showed up I was told my room wasn’t ready yet and to return later. When I did I was told that the people in my room wanted to extend and so I didn’t have a room anymore. This was after 3 pm. They offered a dorm but I specifically wanted a private as I was very sick and wanted my own space. They were unable to accommodate my booking as they gave my room away. Staff tried to make up by offering coffee and snacks. Had to book a new hotel.

When i came to check in for a private room they told me that unfortunately they didn’t have it but they would have it the next day. When i came down the next day they once again told me they didn’t have it and honestly i wished they would’ve just said that from the start. Staff was okay. Not the best hostel
