Big Tree Lodge是像家一般舒適的溫馨民宿，英式殖民風格的木造建築，有著別具特色的木製傢俱與天花板。這裡提供高速無線網路，免費上網區，免費洗衣設施，寬敞的現代風浴室與獨立衛生間，設有壁爐、大型LCD電視、PS3與DVD的交誼客廳，與客廳相連的設備齊全的大型廚房，玄關處也提供拼圖與各式棋盤遊戲。

我們有六間可上鎖的臥房：雙單人床房、雙人床房、四單人床共用房、五單人床共用房、以及家庭式三人房（雙人床+單人床）。最棒的是，以上房間都沒有上下舖喔！此外我們還有一間可讓四人入住的小型公寓房，包含一張queen size床與一個上下舖。

每個床鋪都有乾淨且溫暖的羽絨被與毛毯，在私人房還備有電毯。我們也提供浴巾、床單、被套與枕頭套。如果您想在您的房間好好休息，在每間私人房都設有LCD電視和DVD撥放器供您使用。

這裡有為您的滑雪用具提供免費的鎖與調整工具。我們也提供免費的私人停車空間。您可預訂Mt. Hutt接駁車在門口接送您，也可預訂本地客運公司提供的機場接送服務。此外，這裡離市中心只需4分鐘的步行路程。

I only stayed for one night but overall I liked this hostel. very comfy beds and nice showers/toilets. Small kitchen but it wasn't busy so not an issue. front door was left open all the time and no keys for the dorm do anybody could come and go which I don't think is ideal.

I’ve stayed at well over 100 hostels in my life. This is not the worst, but it’s definitely in the bottom quartile. Mostly for cleanliness. It’s basically a boarding house for the workers at the mountain, with one room set aside as a hostel. Their belongings are everywhere you turn in the common areas. It was very cold except in the big common room. There weren’t other travelers when I stayed, so it felt a bit like I was intruding in the house of the staff. Beds were comfy.
