Our apartments are located just 10 minutes from the city center of Valencia and the beach Malvarrosa. Just 10 minutes walk from the Technical University (Campus dels tarongers) and University of Valencia (Campus de Blasco Ibañez).

About our accommodation there are numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cinemas, gyms, discos and party areas.
Their location allows to enjoy an ideal learning environment and tranquility and yet have access to all necessary services and entertainment without having to use public transport, but if you prefer, all are excellently communicated with Metro, Bus and Tram reach anywhere in Valencia Capital and its suburbs.
All of our rooms are completely furnished: bed with sheets, blanket and towels, night stand, closet.
The rooms have a key and all of them have a window.

There is a clearing service of common areas included in the price.
