Staff were really nice but really not much happening in the hostel! Not sure if it was quiet when we were there but we were really surprised. Lots happening on the street just outside so easy to meet people this way.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing at a small side street with much atmosphere. Music outside stops at midnight. The only reason I dont give this hostel 5 stars: - beds dont have curtains, which is such a cheap investment and adds great value for the backpacker - there is no breakfast -> I dont even mind if breakfast would cost like 35 real to have eggs, bread, fruit, and drink. I couldn’t find one restaurant that offers this breakfast - no hostel atmosphere during august

Great hostel. Good cooking facilities, nice rooms and has a pool and table tennis table which is a massive plus. Great location as well, really easy to get to from the port/ferry terminal and quite close to everything.
