it doesn't have any sort of kitchen remedies other than a microwave. The rooms are tiny. The bed wasn't made either, just a blanket thrown on the bed. The bathroom has not been cleaned before I arrived and was dirty, and it wasn't cleaned while I was there for 2 nights. I got my earbuds stolen(?), and the only lounge/chill area there is, is a waiting area for check in nobody uses. The staff was nice though. But only met one guy under 30 years old.

Decent hostel! No kitchen, kinda filthy showers and bathrooms. Staff were really nice though, and the free tea was lovely! Don’t know how this reflects on the hostel itself, but my room was mostly geriatric shirtless men. Not the vibrant young scene you might want for a night out in Newcastle, but does the job!
