The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was terrible and the bedsheet did not even fit so the mattress was exposed. The pillow was terrible.

The room was clean and a good size. The toilet was nice too. It is a good price for its location. One can pay 5 euros for a no frills breakfast and 10 euros for dinner and lunch at the student's canteen. There is a tram stop just in front of the location.
