Terrible!!!I never meet this kind of hostel!! I did the laundry n had two washing bags to separate my dark n white clothes, n tested all my clothes first. So all my clothes will not fade out, but when i got my clothes back, they mixed together, n 3 clothes became gray!! To other 3 white clothes are safe.So that meant they put my ckt with others!! N few minutes ago, they said they will give me back washing pay, but after discussing with boss, the receptionist ignored me with no pay!! Terrible!!

No one showed me around.I didn't have a clue there's breakfast or kitchen I can use. Mattresses are old and those metal wires ware poking me entire night. I woke up feeling like a truck went over me. Blinds for windows don't do anything, light is still coming through. What when there's no toilet paper, where do I go? Who do I ask for more? Stuff is very liud around midnight, 0 caring for closing doors slowly as people are asleep. Very unprofessional, the whole experience
