Breakfast super average, shower pressure sucked. Hot water was good, rooms were clean, beds were big, staff were helpful, great location in between playa and other part of playa feel Carmen, close to Walmart and the best taco shop in Mexico!

Staff were really nice, room itself was okay but our bed sheets smelted really bad like damp wet dog and the bathroom was not clean. The room we stayed in was right next to one of the bathrooms and you could hear EVERYTHING

I liked the staff and I could tell they tried to improve the environment. It felt a bit weird like the other guests in my room were guys working the tourist trade and not fellow travelers. My bunk mate tried to sell me on a boat excursion a few times and all sheets in the room were super stained. No functional AC
