The kitchen and showers were small. There was never anyone on reception. TV didn't work. Rooms were good enough. Locks on bedrooms were awful. One of my roommates' keys stopped working with the lock and she had to sit for 4 hours until I turned up, unaware of the situation. The hostel sent another lodger to help (as the manager also works another job apparently) who swapped her keys, telling her to stay in another room, away from her stuff. This meant the room was unlocked half the time. Unsafe.
