staff were really helpful. Location is top notch. Bus stop to lauterbrunnen banhoff is literally near the hostel entrace. Also, you can enjoy staubacch falls view from the hostel. Only issue for me was the 4 bedroom dorm where i stayed had only 1 charging point for the entire room, its a bit of hassle when you have multiple devices to charge and have to adjust the charging schedule with your roommate.
