The hostel isn't worth it; there are surely better ones in the city. It’s on the fifth floor with no elevator and is quite dirty. There is only one shower for all the guests. The kitchen lacks cooking utensils and has just a single burner. It’s pretty dirty—the room curtain is torn, as is the bed curtain... Anyway, I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The only redeeming feature was the volunteers, though they’ll be leaving soon...

Hostel on the 6th floor of an apartment building with no elevator. Only one shower for the entire hostel. People were nice, and the location is ok

If you do not manage to check in before the reception closes (Keep in mind that delays at bordercrossings happen often!!!) they will not let you sleep on the doorstep . Call them in advance and they will give you (after an ID check) the access codes. That's the best thing about Hostel Inn Downtown. My "Many thanks for that!" to them.
