这真是我住过的最糟糕的地方，位置不安全，员工也十分不友好，并且工作效率很慢，首先我们的房卡就因为没有激活而又上上下下的折腾。里面住的人也十分混乱，我们订的混合宿舍，一进门居然看到了一对情侣在一张床上，并且没有穿衣服，更奇怪的是，这个房间不属于他们任何一个人，是他们一个朋友的。而这个神秘的朋友，在凌晨才回房间，这让我们三个女生，感到十分不安全。室内的卫生间很小，很不干净，工作人员打扫的时候也很不用心，反复用过的抹布来草草的擦一遍了事，下水道很堵。而且室内也不是每个床位都有插头和小灯，也没有可以锁的柜子，只能在楼下锁，这非常不方便。唯一的好处可能就是wifi还不错，以及楼下的披萨还很合理。 总之:不推荐给来柏林的朋友，尤其是女生，真的太糟糕了。

1) This is a youth Hostel!!! multiple groups of students from all over Europe are in the hostel2) The lockers are lockboxes & you need your own lock!pros:- beds are clean & comfortable - check-in was pretty easy - solid location in Berlin & north of Kreuzberg cons: - bathroom situation was terrible (one bathroom/shower for 8 people + you can hear everything from the room) - from my bed to the kitchen was a 10min journey - common area was more of a hotel lobby and not a hostel common area

WARNING: THIS IS A YOUTH HOSTEL. during our stay there we’re 200-300 13-17 year olds staying in the hostel for a school trip and the front desk says this happens regularly. i know hostels can be loud be they were running and screaming in all the common areas (including the elevators. the cleaning staff is doing their best trying to keep up with this hostels massive floor plan and the location was really going (epically if you’re interested in museum island the alexanderplatz. won’t stay again.
