Very charming and big house, well located nearby the most interesting parts of Belo Horizonte. Nice and modern TV room, full kitchen, where the guest is welcome to cook and store his stuffs, and a bar, to drink an ice cold beer, a typical Brazilian caipirinha or a soda.
All rooms have a fan or air conditioning. TV in all suites and lockers for each guest. Cable TV in the room, stand outside the bar and 2 suites. We also have Wi-Fi.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

Depending of the period of your booking you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
