Nanu Hostel is located in Kenting, a prefect place for all the surf lovers, and is the best surf hostel for both professional surfers and absolute beginners.
Nanu Hostel offers surf lessons, surf tours and surfboard rentals with surf wear included. What's more, it organizes scuba diving and snorkelling tours to Houbihu, the harbour nearby. As a result, Nanu Hostel is favoured by both Taiwanese locals and tourists from all over the world.
There's also free Internet, free towels and toiletries, free air-conditioning, and free laundry.
Taxes are included in the rates.
Sorry for that the payment of cash is only accepted.
Time for check-in is 15:00, and for check-out is 11:00.(Timeout for check-out is entitled to an extra fee.)
Reservation Policies
Please read policies, and make sure knowing and accepting all the terms clearly before booking to avoid trouble.
1.To ensure your interests after booking, it is necessary for you to pay 50% of the total amount. If the remittance is not completed within 3 days, Nanu Hostel will cancel the reservation without notification. Remittance has been transferred to designated account; please notify the staff through email or telephone.
2.If the reservation is placed 3 days before the date of check-in, deposit should be remitted before 10pm on the next day.
In Taiwan, please notify the last 5 digits of the account when using ATM; please notify the sender name when using remittance by post office.
In other regions, please take a photo of the receipt and send the photo by email to make confirmation. Please show the receipt when check-in.
The time limitation of the remittance includes national holidays and weekends. The Taiwan account of Nanu Hostel accepts remittance at any time.
3.In case of consecutive holidays, reservation for more than 2 nights will have the priority.
4.Please take good care of the furniture and appliances in the room, if there is any damage, the compensation will be charged according to the price.
5.If there are any changes to the reservation (postponing, changing room type or changing the number of people), please contact the staff to place the changes 10 days before the date of the reservation.
If any loss of Nanu Hostel is caused by the number change of people, Nanu has the right to cancel the booking.
If the number of people to live in is less than that of people reserved, Nanu Hostel will charge the fee according to the number of people reserved.
Cancellation Policies:
Nanu Hostel will charge 10% of the total amount as handling fee for cancelling all the booking that have deposit remitted.
All the check-in date below excludes the day of arrival and the day of placing cancellation.
1.If the cancellation is placed 10days before the check-in date, deposit will be returned with deducting handling fee.
2.If the cancellation is placed 7days before the check-in date, the hostel will charge 20% of the deposit and the handling fee.
3.If the cancellation is placed 4days before the check-in date, the hostel will charge 50% of the deposit and the handling fee.
4.If the cancellation is placed within 3days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
5.If the room number of reservation is more than 2, please place the cancellation 14 days before the check-in date, or the hostel will charge the fee according to the conditions 1-5 above.
6.If irresistible factors happen on the date of reservation, such as typhoons and earthquakes, (according to the statement issued by the Central Weather Bureau), or if the flight and ship is affected by irresistible factors on the date of reservation, the deposit will be refund with deducting handling fee.
The condition 2-7 above (5 is except.) can be delayed once, which is available for a new booking in 3months.
