It was not a happy stay, facilities are really old and not clean, doesn't makes me feel like I'm traveling, more like wandering. The host is nice. gives some informations. the price is the best you can find in Punta Arenas, but you definitely needs some humor sense to stay a place like this.

We arrived after four days of trekking and booked a private room to finally shower, but the place was so dirty we didn’t even use it. The carpets were torn and stained, and there were dead flies in the room, so we slept in our own sleeping bags. The manager pretends to “discount” the normal website price and pressures guests to leave high ratings — so don’t trust the reviews. The place badly needs cleaning and renovation.
