The worst hostel I’ve been to. Quite expensive too. The showers were dirty, the room was extremely hot and the mattress and pillows were very hard. The linen was rugged from all of the years of usage. I couldn't sleep because of the heat and the uncomfortable bedding. Had to switch hostel. I’ve already contacted your customer service. Yet no response except for automated messages.

Caveat: Maybe I have had a lot of good experiences in hostels before this one. But this place was horrible to stay at. The curtains cover 2/3s of your body, there's nowhere to put your phone or anything by the bed, and no protection/separation from the bunk below. Twice, I dropped something onto my bunkmate below. It's also impossible to climb into the upper bunks without pulling back the curtain of the person below. The lights are motion-sensored and don't turn off until 11 PM, so if you plan to sleep befo
