The staff are AMAZING!!! The manager of the hostel (Nastasia I think?) was so so helpful and kind to me. When I arrived at the hostel I was sick and she offered to drive me to the hospital which is something I’ll never forget. The hostel itself is a bit pricey, it seems like a place where German kids come on trips in groups so not sure if it’s completely suited for adults. The place itself is lovely . But at breakfast i wanted to go to the toilet and was told that there wasnt one on the ground floor & that i had to go upstairs to the toilet on the third floor .... no lifts for a quick relief .... so what do you do when some one is handicapped or suffers from incontinence .... it happens to young people as well . That was hard & unacceptable. The breakfast was ok but not able to have toast .... cold everything except the coffee .... the wifi was only on ground
