Alternative Creative Youth Hostel

The location of the hostel was perfect! Easy to get anywhere. We were not really satisfied with the security of our things. The lockers were too small for our backpacks and when we asked for the bigger ones (our bags barely fit in there), they claimed the hostel was full (4/8 beds taken that night). We had to keep our bags in our room, which didn’t have a lock, so everybody could go in there. There are no curtains for the beds. Kitchen suffices, only one stove tho but overall more dann enough.

No ofrecen un buen servicio, no son serios, me dijeron que me reembolsarían los impuestos y al final no lo hicieron. Es el peor hotel que he visto en mi vida, y creo que el sistema está lleno de especuladores.

This location was not for disability friendly cuz of the voice speaker that the hearing impairment people who can't hear the ring system for them to enter this hostel, even other disability people who have wheelchair/blind due to the small elevator. the location is difficult and complex to find where the hostel as what we saw 3rd floor because of the poster sign and the hostel customer front door say its first floor. the shower don't have hooked for clothes. night staff -lack of customer service
