Unfortunately I can't give anything positive about the hostel because when I arrived they couldn't find my booking so I had to find immediate accommodation else where. so I asked if it does show up will you cancel so I don't get charged. 3 days later the full amount got taken out of my account. I have emailed and tried calling several times with no response. I could not check in but paid full price for 2 nights. How does this happen?? Please respond and amend this!
