I made a reservation at this location and I received confirmation. I came in after midnight to find out that my room was given away to someone else. I was sent off with the same UBER driver with instruction by owner to take me to another facility which cost me 3X for extra nights. No apologies was given, no explanation as to why this as happened, NOTHING. I was treated like a piece of Sh??t. These oriental ladies did not care about me for one minute. TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!!!!
