I had a medical emergency and the owner had to take me to the hospital. I was under the impression this was a caring act to make sure I was fine and that all expenses were covered, until I got back. Then I got told I had to pay 100k for the lift there, which was double what a grab would cost. Hostel’s need to think more about safety of customers and creating a caring environment, rather than trying to gain profit from an emergency
