Great location in Kutaisi and secure, but very noisy. My private room was directly off the common area, and I could hear conversations, TV music, and the doorbell late into the night and starting again early in the morning - no quiet hours seemed to be enforced. Staff weren’t overly welcoming, and there was no breakfast or welcome drink as advertised. The bathroom smelled unpleasant with no shower curtain. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it.

Stayed in the twin private room. Great value for money imo. Spacious, comfortable, good ac and possibly a balcony (stayed here twice, once with once without). Kitchen was well equipped and not too busy even though it was small. Wasn’t super social however with a private room, that’s exactly what I wanted. Bathrooms had a slight smell, but not visibly dirty. Not too bad. Good location near grocery stores and little bakeries and such.
