DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL. Horrible place, we booked and paid part in advance, flew there, only to them not knowing we even booked and saying they don’t have beds for us. The staff did not care and just acted disgustingly. Didn’t even apologize. We were stuck searching for places to sleep at 8 in the evening. Horrible place horrible people. Happened to many others too, read the reviews. DONT COME HERE

A lot of false advertisement. No laundry, no bar, no restaurant. Staff was basically nonexistent, just volunteers. They weren't the most helpful or friendly either. Talked to each other in a 1 vs 1 conversation with the volume as if they had the place to themselves, regardless of the time. In the middle of nowhere and zero atmosphere. Only just stayed there for a night to visit the Falls. That's all I'd recommend and even at that I regretted staying there
