Turned up for our booking and were stood outside for about 20 minutes with no answer to the door, whatsapp messages or calls. Eventually we received a phone call informing us that the hostel is closed for refurbishment despite having no previous communication about this. We were left with no accommodation, no support in finding new accommodation, and no compensation for even our deposit despite initially saying they would. They are now ignoring our Whatsapp messages.

Really liked cp. Comfy bed and great view. Only gripe is breakfast needs to be way earlier than 7.30 and the doorbell gone after 10 pm.
