It is a 3-floor Building + Penthouse built in 1996. In 2014, the 3rd floor and penthouse which function as a duplex system was adapted to a sleeping environment. This environment includes a reception, 6 bedrooms, 1 breakfast/shared lounge, 2 bathrooms(WC and Showers are separate) & 2 terraces. The rooms have all new furniture.
