it's good overall, clean bedings and no strange smell in the dorm. the girls are luckily arranged in a four bed dorm which is wonderful. But the window of my dorm(room 2) is broken and blown open by the wind. The common area has a good view and you can see the sea though the breakfast is 7￡ , but you can buy food in a co-op which is 18min walk far away

Great hostel and location, staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. The only issue we had was with parking - just note that there is no parking provided and factor that into your stay. There is a public car park right opposite which is free between 6pm and 8am, but just watch out as we saw the parking enforcers rock up at 8 sharp most days! just something to have in mind, but we'd come back again and this is by far the cheapest option we could find on Skye too!
