For a social hostel, this place was the exact opposite. I’m hoping I just arrived on a rough week, but there were no day or night activities offered until Friday evening (I got there on Monday) and the bar was deserted. There was also a lot of older people there, which is fine, but for a backpackers hostel I was the youngest person in my dorm and I’m 26! I also have issue with the showers. The doors are clear. Enough said. No curtains in my dorm even though photos showed there was.

Nice and central to food and the beach. The rooms even with AC got really stuffy and hot at night which was hard for us to sleep through. Staff was friendly and the mini kitchen was handy to have

the hostel is in a very good location, about a 10 minute walk to the main train station. quite small for a hostel but it works, downstairs area is a nice vibe they even give u a free beer voucher at check in. but i wouldn’t go to this place again. the glass doors for the women’s showers are fully see through and as my first mixed dorms experience it wasn’t the best. i had someone having really loud sex next to my bed and in the morning when i went to report, it nothing was done, only apologised.
