Leo's Clan Beach Hostel

I was quite surprised by my stay here - I think some of the negative reviews were harsh! The hostel was relatively lively and clean with the staff being welcoming! location is wonderful, only drawback was that they have triple bunk beds which I think are an accident waiting to happen

I arrived at the hostel there, the beds are on 3 floors and I slept there for 3 nights. The last night I went to bed I found someone sleeping in my bed and when I woke up one of the hostel employees to fix it he said it happens sometimes and I asked for a refund and was told that the owner is on a boat and there is no one to talk to and they will get back to me. To this day they have not got back to me. Although the hostel is in an excellent location I do not recommend

AWFUL!!! Everything about this place is horrible! It’s so dirty and messy. My room STANK of fish, prison beds and pillows (made from plastic), cold shower, no plug sockets, disgusting kitchen, no social life what so ever! There was a lady staying under me who had dumped her clothes all over the room… it turned out to be the receptionist! She had the worst attitude. I cried staying here and left in the morning ASAP. I originally booked five days but I stayed for 12 hours. HORRIBLE!
