B&B Chez Moi

Arrived to the reception area in the courtyard where a gentleman asked for my details, then called the owner who had no copy of my booking, despite me having the confirmation email to show them. No vacancies either so I had to find alternative accommodation on the spot, wasting valuable time as I was only in town for 36hrs. Very disappointing, and reading the reviews it's not the first time it has happened either.

You allowed me to book a reservation for a place that wasn’t open. I included that I would be arriving at midnight and never got a response that that wasn’t an option. When I arrived as a solo female traveler no one answered the phone, any emails, or the intercom that is outside. It doesn’t make sense because there is a key pad and I was not provided a code. I had to beg a different hotel nearby to take me in and a couple ended up giving me their room since there was no capacity and I was alone

Upon arrival, I was placed in another hotel around the corner (Hotel Poker). I was charged more than what I had booked it for. Front desk staff barely spoke any English, communication was difficult. The room was right next to the common area/front desk - noisy. Toilet didn't function properly. Room was clean. Basic breakfast. Area wasn't the safest but close to train/bus stations. At some point, there was nobody at the front desk, I couldn't get into the hotel
