There is no reception. Getting an answer for help was pretty hard. It doesn't really have a hostel meet and greet vibe.

Overall not good experience. I booked a room, paid a deposit, and was supposed to pay the rest at the property. As soon as I arrived there I got a nasty surprise. The hostel has no reception to pay. I also couldn't get building & room access code because I hadn't paid. When I ringed the bell, (with a telephone connection to somewhere) the person that answered told me the following. "You either give me your gredit card details (by phone) or you don't get access." No pay, no sleep situation.
