The Penthouse 360⁰ Beach and Lake View is an apartment of 4 private rooms that are rented each separately. It is located on a 22 floor and has a large terrace with panoramic views of 180 degrees: from the sea to the lake that gives the name to the urbanisation. The apartment has four bedrooms, kitchen and living room and our building has swimming pool, laundry, shops and restaurants.
We are located in El Laguito a very popular tourist sector of Cartagena due to its modern infrastructure and that stands out on the horizon for its tall buildings around the lake, around the area has several restaurants, as well as beaches such as Bocagrande, an only few minutes from the walled city, where you can practice water sports.
Our rooms are private, the rooms are double bed and one of these rooms has an additional single bed most of our rooms has a sea view terrace and overlooking Tierra Bomba Island.
