We gave facilities a 3 due to only 1 set of keys and you needed a key to exit the main door. In an emergency this was unsafe; an updated lock/panic bar is needed. That said, Hassan was really nice and a very pleasant host.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room was cleaned each day and room was secure. Excellent location, only a 2 minute walk to termini. Only thing was trying to find the actual place was difficult at first and the shower was freezing. Otherwise, good stay overall.
