Statuto Rooms Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 23:30 .
Check out from 04:00 to 11:00 .You should only leave the keys in the room upon departure.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 3.50 EUR per person per night
Breakfast not included.
Reception Hours 12:00 to 23:30hs. The property will contact the guest by e-mail to know the hour of arrival.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger 18 than years of age or oldest than 45.
