Please familiarize yourself with the rules of our hostel. Located at Rua Pedro Homem 68/68a, Ponta Delgada, 9500-099 Portugal. BRUMA HOSTEL offers accommodation for tourists for short or long stays. Registered with the Regional Tourism Secretariat of the Azores. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms; if this occurs, a fine of €200 will be charged to the guest. Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-in should preferably be done in person. If this is not possible, a code will be generated at reception and sent via WhatsApp so that you can access the hostel without problems. For guests arriving after the check-in deadline, we will provide access codes that will allow entry to the hostel and the reserved room. It is mandatory to fill out the registration form and provide the guest's details. Without this, access codes to the hostel cannot be issued. Payment deadline: 10:00 AM. The luggage storage service is subject to availability and costs €2.50 per reservation. Breakfast: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. HOUSE RULES Please maintain silence after 11:00 PM in common areas and rooms to respect everyone's rest and well-being. The kitchen is available for food preparation until 10:30 PM. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 150 euros. After this time, only light meals (salads) may be prepared or pre-cooked food may be heated. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy after use. Free drinking water dispenser. Towel rental: €2.50 per towel and per replacement. Security deposit: €7.50 – refunded at the end of your stay, in cash or via PayPal. Towels cannot be used outside the accommodation (on the beach or in the thermal pools). Cleaning and tidying: Bed linen in dormitories is changed every 4-5 days or at the end of your stay. Bed linen in double rooms is changed every 4 days or upon request. Hostel and room access code: valid from check-in at 3 pm until the check-out deadline at 10 am. Visitors are not allowed in the accommodation. For hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to store food or alcoholic beverages in the rooms. (We provide a mini-fridge and self-adhesive labels so you can identify your name or bed number). Entrance doors close automatically. It is the responsibility of anyone entering to check that the door is properly closed upon entry. All personal data provided is used exclusively for registration in our system; no information is shared with third parties, and our accommodation complies with current GDPR regulations.
