The location is awesome, no doubt. The place itself should be refurbished soon as it starts to look a bit rundown. So the bathroom as they have no windows the rooms are smelly maybe already moldy ? lots of furniture and stuff in different angles and the cat toilet in the common living room- eating area which is smelly.
