Angler & Antelope Guesthouse

The Angler and Antelope establishment comprises a guesthouse, St Francis (the culinary centre) an old church to relax, eat and drink.

A fine selection of malt whiskeys, apparently a favourite of the priests of the past, is worth sampling in the century old church, together with wholesome country cooking available from Saturday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 5:30 pm on the day, and meals are served at 7 pm.

Featuring four biomes, the fishing opportunities are as diverse as the landscape. The accommodation in the guesthouse consists of six luxury en-suite bedrooms, and a standard room. Enjoy crisp cotton percale and goosedown duvets with mohair blankets. There are three twin rooms, one double room and two rooms which can be either twin, double or family rooms, all with TV. Children under 12 are accommodated on sleeper couches in the family rooms at R 175.00 per child.

All luxury guesthouse rooms have air conditioning for warmth in winter and cooling in summer, with the added luxury of underfloor heating in the big bathrooms. The bathrooms are something to behold, uniquely decorated featuring double vanity, bath, shower and toilet. The standard rooms is cosy with double bed and shower. Two rooms in the guesthouse feature some self-catering facilities.
