Really great. Big room. Right by old city and bus to airport. Was allowed to do late check out cause I had a late flight and no one had booked the room That is great service.

The room is very lovely, the beds very comfortable and the location excellent. You are in the middle of the old town within a few minutes by foot, as well as the best gelateria in Olbia, excellent restaurants and the sea. You have access to a common kitchen, where the extremely hospitable and friendly host has bottled water and some snacks, you can also use the fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Maria was so lovely to meet! So hospitable, inviting and kind. Check in process was really easy and the space is gorgeous. We had our own table in the garden area and the room was so clean and spacious (Maria even ironed our sheets before check-in). The communal kitchen is clean and stocked with free snacks provided by Maria, along with sunscreen and lotions that are free to use. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
