The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the bed was comfy.

i really dislike how dark this place is. all the windows and any natural light is blocked and and the lights are very dim so you cant find things well in your bed area. all the windows are blocked so if there is a fire you will probably die trying to escape. i hate the bathrooms and always want to avoid having a shower because of the annoying light system - it makes everything feel dinghy.
