We hope that you will have good time in our beautiful town and our property.
Private accommodation Raspudic is located in the center of town on three locations:
on the first floor of a house (flat no.1) that is only 10 minutes from the port, bus and train station, and 15 minutes from our blue flag city beach,
on the first floor of the house (flat no.2) which is 3 minutes walking distance from the flat no.1 and
on the first floor of the house (flat no.3) which is next door house from flat no.1.
In the flat no.1 there are 4 rooms (3 triple beds room and 1 double bed room) and 2 bathrooms (outside the rooms).All rooms have air conditioning. Three rooms have cable TV.One room has a balcony.
In the flat no.2 there are 3 rooms (2 twin beds room and one double bed room).All rooms have air conditioning. Double room has her own bathroom. Two other rooms share bathroom.
In the flat no.3 there are 4 twin bed rooms and double suite with kitchen,have her own bathroom,CTV and air conditioning.
Split is second biggest city in Croatia and is an industrial, business and university center in the region of Dalmatia. It is located on the warmest part of north Mediterranean Sea in the middle of the Adriatic coast.
Split is a city of sport and its climate offers the possibility of outdoor recreation throughout the year. You can play tennis, volleyball, climb the rocks of Marjan Forest and so much more.
Last summer we had over 1000 visitors pass through our doors and we ensure a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.
