The neighbourhood is a bit doggy. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Note that if you arrive on saturday , the next day you wont get any cash from the ATM. But in some shopping malls yes, if it helps.

This is a lovely place to stay in Medan. It is in a off-the beaten path location that gives you a feel of city life. The owners are super friendly and helpful people who went out of their way to make my experience easy and lovely. Highly recommended.
