This place has been one of my favorite hostels so far. Friendly staff, good communal space, and really cool sleeping pods. Instead of bunks, the sleeping room is filled with a wall of 'pods' like in Japan, but with curtains instead of full doors. Inside the 1x1x2m pod is a nice mattress, pillow, lights and a power plug. Under the beds are a locker assigned to you. The locker won't fit larger packs, but i just kept my valuables there and my clothes pack in the hallway like everyone else.

Cute little hostel with friendly staff and normal simple breakfast. It was easy to find and get to from the train with their directions. You couldn't expect too much more from a hostel for the price.

We upgraded to two "pods" which were excellent. Lots of privacy, even though in a big room. Your own light, plug outlet, and screen. Completely spic and span too. We liked this hostel a lot. It had a good, buzzy atmosphere, and was located about a 10 minute walk from the subway station. The staff weren't ov erly helpful, but were friendly enough.

Good little inexpensive hostel in what is a pretty expensive place. It's pretty well situated to the MRT which will get you anywhere in the city but it's a hike to the markets, Chinatown, Little India etc. The shower facilities are pretty basic but good backpacker standard.

The hostel was in a pretty good location, the atmosphere was nice and the staff very welcoming and even carried my bag to our room! There were lockers available which was good though the bedroom doors have no locks. The free computer use was awesome as was breakfast! Discounts on trips available too.

the room smelled paint all over!! i thought i was dying... we even bought a room freshner that didn't even compare with the paint smell. the staff (desk man) both day and night was NOT FRIENDLY at all, the other two guys was friendly (but NOT THE DESK GUYS) they helped the "blonde" (excuse my racism) but not us asians to bring our own bag one last critic : the room was leaking, don't know from where, and all we got is a towel to wipe FOR OURSELVES without any "SORRY" or "APOLOGISE" thank u!!

I enjoyed Singapore was a nice city I wouldn't stay in a hostel if I return. I found the reception area quite weird and felt I could not relax and just have a cigarette. Found the beds interesting never slept in anything like that before which was a good thing

Just outside the city, 10 min from city hall, this was an awesome place to get your feet on the ground in singapore. Safe, fun and laid back, this hostel allowed you to take your time and move at your own pace. And the staff were awesome, from the adorable Desmond to the Energiser Bunny that is Jonathan. Mind the 'buckets'...!! Did a couple of hostel-run walking tours which were awesome, full of insight, they should do them more often!
