They have a good service, they are close to the mountains, the lake, the zoo. the price is awesome cheap, so don't look for anything fancy.

The standards of the rooms really depends on where you are in the complex. We stayed in both types of dorms and Rooms by reception are incomparably better than the wooden door rooms, where the female toilet/shower had a wasp nest in rendering it near unusable. All in all really good experience. Helpful staff, even though some staff didn't speak English there was always a member of staff around who did.

Chinese speaking foreigner. Was not given a key to the room and was told to contact the desk (open until midnight) if somebody closed the key-card access door. Food was overpriced and of poor taste. Dorm showers pitiful and I've paid less for a single room. Staff fairly rude and useless in attempting to help another foreigner, but could have just been that day. Located far from nicer parts of the lake and is nearly impossible to find without using their website directions. Will not return.

The hostel is very easy to find (with the directions), plenty of supermarts and restaurants around that area. The staff speaks little English but he understands how Hostelworld work. You have to make the bed yourself. The locker is not big enough to store my 40L backpack.

Too bad the breakfast in the morning was gone so quickly. Apart from that it's not bad, especially if you have a spot in the sunlight or inside the café/bar. Last time I stayed in a double room, that was nice, this time only in a 10 bed dorm, which just served its purpose of having a place to sleep and to put my stuff, so it was alright. Good price. Better bring your own bathroom slippers though, they didn't provide any and to use the toilet you might have to cross the wet floor from the shower.

very dirty, the windows in the room is broke and is impossible to lock the glass. So is very cold in the room, On the floor there is only cement very cold, the mattress of the bed is very thin and the computers was broke and it's impossible surf on internet. The common place is very dirty like the room and the toilet (that is outside, and in winter is very cold)

Biggest hostel in the area. Good value for money, spacious common room and terrace, and beautiful mountain around. Guest in dorm have to wait for hot water if last guest just bathed. 10-bed dorm is inevitably noisy at morning as it is next to reception and main gate.

Cleaniness need to be improved. The rubbish basket in the toilet should be cleaned more often. Apart from that, the hostel has good atmosphere. Long history and abundant beds make it an ideal place to meet travelers.
