Good: The location is excellent and the staff very helpful. Bad: We couldn't sleep very well because our room was above the hostel's terrace so there was a lot of noise in the nights until 1 to 2 a.m. And also in the morning when the breakfast started at about 6.30 a.m.

Great accomodations and the staff was very kind and helpful. They did forget to clean our room one day but the remaining time I spent there was awesome! Best

A super convenient location located literally just outside the Chinatown MRT exit. This made travelling around Singapore extremely easy. The rooms were a bit small. The hostel is difficult to located as a result of the hustle and bustle of Chinatown but if you love that kind of atmosphere then this hostel is for you.

The hostel was extremely well located and the staff very friendly and helpful. Whilst having fast and free internet, along with free breakfast was very convenient, what was terrible was that they would not accepted credit card payment. Not quite sure who would carry hundreds of $'s with them. So we had to rush around trying to find a cashpoint in order to pay.

Really nice place to stay.. clean sheet, clean bathroom, etc.. too bad, there were only 1 staff in the morning. Too hectic to serve all of the customer.. but I still gonna come back to stay =)

I've stayed at this hostel before, and I'm glad to see it's still a great place to stay. They've expanded a little, now featuring a cafe downstairs with the check in desk. Very clean, good value, breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

I kind of like to stay here, EXCEPT ... outside in coming guests (1st time to the hostel) may need a GUIDE to use the washroom. Everyday I can see one or two collapsible shower/toilet doors are off the base tracks. No clothings hooks in toilet. Print out signage would be helpful to awake guests from misused their facilities.

5Footway.Inn Project Chinatown 1 was the best hostel i've stayed so far.. ^^ Starts from the friendly staff, the room which i might said quite small but clean & have cozy atmosphere, the shower rooms that have separate female & both so that the cleanliness is quite good, and then the breakfast! Yep, the only hostel that have fruits for breakfast which i've known so far (*again). The location is very very strategic too.. near from MRT station & Chinatown shopping street ^^~

A nice hostel with a friendly atmosphere. Small rooms (stayed in a dorm for four) but nice beds and it felt very clean. A good hostel over all although a bit expensive if compared to hostels in countries near by.

The toilet facilities are not adequate. There are only two and people are usually showering in them as the other shower cubicles are so small. This means that when the toilet is finally free, its soaking wet!! The dorms are tiny and the lockers are no where near big enough to fit your bag inside.

I stayed there in 3 different rooms. The first two were quite small, but the third one was an attic room with single beds and very very big, absolutely loved that room. All rooms have air conditions and lockers. They have a terrace and free wifi, and free basic breakfast. There's also free water. Staff was also very friendly. Especially one guy who helped us out with very good tipps for Thailand, when our Malaysia Trip got cancelled coz of the Monsun. Thanks!
