Hostel has everything that could be expected for the price paid. Location is pretty good, in the middle of Chinatown and about 30 mins from Marina Bay. There wasn't much by way of organised entertainment but it's a small hostel so that is perhaps not surprising. We had booked a two bed room but were upgraded on arrival to a 4 bed on arrival which was useful. Room was air conditioned. Breakfast is quite basic but perfectly adequate. For the price, reccommended!

Great location but they crammed too many people in. The rooms were tiny and there were not enough showers and toilets for everyone. It was ok for a couple of days but I wouldn't want to stay there for a longer trip.

We put 2 nights in the hostel and we found the place is just a yard away from the MRT station .The location is good and the staff are very helpful. The hostel serves free coffee ,teh tarik and milo, too. We enjoy staying in the hostel!

Love the location! I would be back just because the hostel is so near to the MRT station and other prominent landmarks in Singapore. The couple of complaints I have is I don't get why the front desk gave us 1 locker key when we booked 2 dorm beds with them. Was a bit of a hassle when me and my friend went back to the hostel at different times as the access card was attached to the key. Also, I find there are not enough toilets at the new branch where we were staying.

Clean and cheap, would be perfect if it can have more toilets and keep it more clean.

I stayed in Singapore on 12/6-12/8.before that, I was unfamiliar to the Singapore. When I went to 5footwayInn, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception is very cordial. If I have any question (ect. go there to eat, or visit or traffic), the staff is always happy and friendly to me and get me suggestion. Especially Siven and Pui Yi, they are just like friend to give me advice. Thank you very much. I had a lot of fun in Singapore.

We have a pleasant & enjoyable stay at the hostel, we reached there 7am and they let us cleaned up little bit and store our luggage before check in. The bed & pillow is comfortable, very special space on breakfast area though breakfast is simple but enough. Location is extremely strategic, near MRT, heart of Chinatown, near to Maxwell Food Court where we enjoyed some cheap and nice food there and walking distance to Clark Quay, Boat Quay and Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. We will come back to stay.
