No window, strange smell in the room, and the common bathroom was terrible (we rather did not shower during our 1 night stay...). However the location is excellent, great opportunity to sleep in the very center this cheap. It was ok for one night. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I like the fact that everything can be accessed with just a single card. I do wish however, that the public space be bigger. There's virtually nowhere to hangout except the 24 hours kitchen. The rooms were adequate.. pretty stuffy but it can't get better than this with such a price. Counters and breakfast is also open very early. which is a plus point!

Location was great; best part. Security was solid as well with swipe cards. The staff seemed a little uninterested in guests; that's disappointing in a hostel. The atmosphere was mostly non-existent and there were too many working people and families. Not a great option if you're looking to hang out with people in a common area. Cleanliness was average. Walls moldy. Should fix that and repaint. Rooms were awkwardly arranged such that there was little room. Upstairs was scorching hot at times.

Good location, nice staff, lockers in rooms & good free breakfast. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting - water drips from the ceilings onto everything so there are puddles of dirty water everywhere, & the toilet seats get wet so you can't sit down. Toilet paper always ran out within a few hours & wasn't replaced until the next day. So loud at night - there were people running and screaming in the hallways until 3am & staff didn't do anything so couldn't get any sleep. .

The rooms are very small and don't have windows, you feel like in prison. Plus the room was quite wet an not cleaned well. Breakfast is included but drab. The location is great although.

Once again, i have no comment much about this. Because this is not my first or second time staying here. But i just say it's excellent especially in location n atmosphere. I'm quite a long term guest here.

It's just excellent. Except for the toilet maintenance.

Location n price are excellent. But only toilet is less maintained. Always lacked of soap n shampoo.

Overall a nice hostel. Clean room, even though it was very damp and smelled a bit of mold. Toilets were not very clean, but I think that was because of the other guests. The location was great and staff was helpful.

The standards four bedroom was quite small. Since we were there only to sleep, it was enough. But big european guys over 1,90m are probably struggeling due to short beds as well.

Rooms were cramped and beds were uncomfortable. Staff were friendly but gave conflicting and incorrect information, very confusing when you are in an unfamiliar place. Its cheap, and if that's all you need then this is ok, however, I would rather spend a little more than stay here again.

This place is great. It is a little more expensive than some but well worth it. Clean, safe, in the great neighborhood of Chinatown, a few streets away from the metro station, wifi in all the rooms. They have free cereal and toast for breakfast, free water and coffee all day. And they were very nice to me when the aiport lost my luggage. They let me borrow a towel for free and use their phone numerous times.

I chose the most expensive accommodation this hostel offered, the deluxe single private room at about 50USD/night. The room was less than 100sq ft, dirty and infested with mosquitoes. I killed more than 10 mosquitoes in my room on my first day and I suspect the facility is breeding them as there seemed to be more indoor than outside. The location was pretty good but that's pretty much all that was. At this price point, If you're looking for a private I'd go to one of the cheap love hotels.
