I have been in others A&O and this one is terrible. The place is so ugly, reception staff is not friendly and the rooms are tidy. I was in a room for 6 in Stuttgart which was at least double size. The cleaning staff were nice.

Understaffed and very busy- staff did their best manning both reception and food. Access to guest kitchen and laundry is extremely limited- you have to exchange your room key for access. With only a single key for the entire hostel. High party atmosphere and school groups leading to unruly and loud environment. 6 bed dorm is extremely cramped, and did not have adequant space for luggage for all guests. Towels included. Good location to train station.

You receive what you paid for I guess, so it is only worth it if you book it for a cheap price. I stayed in the female dorm, extremely hot, even though outside it was not hot, no fan or AC, no place to put your luggage inside the room and since it faced the parking lot , it was also loud. On the other hand it was clean and for the price ok for one night.
